how to remove back seat cushion to get to fuel pump

looking for step to step insructions for removing and replacing fuel pump

I have a 02jetta it has fuel to the fuel regulator but won't start unless I use starting fliud we have replaced the fuel regulator.what do you think I should do thanks jeanna
