Will a bad wheel hub assembly affect your brake pressure?

I have a 2004 Aztek, we have changes and bled the brakes but am still loosing brake pressure.  Also when I turn it makes a grinding noise even without the brakes applied.

I would say it could pending on how bad the hub is. If it is real bad and the hub was getting to hot and heat was transfering to the caliper hotter than usual then the temp of your brake fluid would rise. If the brake fluid got to hot it will expand causing higher pressure and possibly slightly applying the brakes.
