fuel injector#4-how to change?-2000 villager

tools, time required, how difficulate, and step by step instructions in changing #4 fuel injector on 2000 mercury villager. I was quoted by a repair shop of approx $700-$800 for this repair. Can anyone help me or make a suggestion?
