1998 GMC Jimmy Suspension help?

How do you go about fixing a roller coaster of a ride with my suspension? I feel like a bobble head in my truck.  I have had the idler arm replaced, so what else should I be looking at? The sway bar, control arm, shocks, struts, or all of above? What would be the cheapest but yet safest way to go? Thanks
