How do you release the timing belt tensoner on a 05 Kia Optima V-6

Question

I am in the middle of changing the timing belt on my wife's Kia.  110,000 miles and still have not changed it. Everybody tells me i am lucky.  So have it taken down to the point i need to release the tension and don't know how and info would be great
