why does it take almost 2 weeks and still nobody will tell where my brake lines are

i cant get anyone to return my phone calls or email about where my brake lines are. no tracking number. nothing at all. i think you guys are just scam artist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
