can anyone tell me what the fuel pressure should be on a 87 Toronado w/3.8

Question

I need info for a 87 Olds. Toronado with a 3.8 eng.    When idleing I get 32-33 psi when reving it stays the same but when I let off it goes to about 44 psi for a little while. I just need to know if that sounds right or not? what should the pressure be?
