99 Plymouth breeze turns over no start?

Checked all
-gas filter/pump/pressure
-spark/plugs
-vac/air
-changed map sensor
-relays/fuses
Is it possible that all the gas can get fed to the gas rail but not to the injectors, injectors have not been replaced yet.
