civic with a Nissan Sylvia s15 headlight conversion

Hello I have a civic with a Nissan Sylvia s15 headlight conversion.. The headlights are projection headlights and I was wondering what is the brightest hid kit I could or should get for my car. I hear that if I'm not carefully I can melt my projection headlight. I've also heard that a 6 or 8k hid kit will project better and brighter than a 10k hid kit because I have projection headlights.. I'm confused and would like too know what is the brightest kit I can get so that I have clear visibility withought melting my headlight housing.. Thank u very much for your time and  help!
