what is the idle suposed too be at for an eagle 2000 gtx 2.0 SOHC

my engine shakes when in drive at a stop light i was told too raise my idle speed too stop that. so what is the idle suposed too be at when i start it and what is the idle supose too be at when i put it in drive. cuz if there off when i fix that then i will need a diagnostic on the motor too find out what the issue is
