how to change sealed wheel bearing on 2008 kia rio

Question

I am trying to replace front wheel bearing. I took off the caliper and rotar but I can't seem to get the centre bolt off. I used a ratchet wrench with a bar but with no luck. Whats the secret to getting it off.
