3.3 l Hyundai sonata SE auto transmission... Can Tran filter be replaced without pulling transmission?

I can order the tranmission filter but was told that the transmission has to be pulled in order to replace filter.  I am hoping that I could just pull the oil pan and replace it like I have on other vehicles.
